Shakespeare at the Park: Titus & Juliet

August 4-6 | 6:00PM

Pay What You Wish

By: Ryan Bultrowicz

A Shakespeare mashup!

When it's time to pick a play for the school's annual Shakespeare competition, one group wants to do Romeo and Juliet, and the other wants to do Titus Andronicus. This leads the class into splitting up and planning on performing both plays. After a zany casting and rehearsal process the student learn they can only do one play at the festival! So, they pull together as a team and combine the two plays into one. Key City Public Theatre is pleased to present their first Annual Youth Academy Shakespeare performance.

Play-goers are encouraged to bring camp chairs, beach chairs, blankets and warm clothes for the cool evenings.

Admission to KCPT’s Shakespeare in the Park: A Festival of Plays is pay-what-you-wish at the Park. Advance tickets can be purchased also on a sliding scale with suggested donation set for $39 at KeyCityPublicTheatre.org.

As for supper, picnics are welcome. Patrons can also buy treats after 6 p.m.
