Meet the Artists

Brendan Chambers

BRENDAN CHAMBERS (ENSEMBLE, NEPHEW FRED, et al) is delighted to spread some holiday cheer along with the cast and crew. He is especially excited to share the stage with his wife Maggie. Since having a baby, this is the first main stage show together since AROUND THE WORLD IN LESS THAN 80 DAYS. Brendan has performed regionally and in over a dozen productions at Key City. Brendan was last seen on stage as Polixenes in WINTER’S TALE and directed the season opening production of MISERY. He holds a BFA in acting from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree from New York University. He would like to thank his family and a shout out to his in-laws for babysitting during this production!

Maggie Jo Chambers

MAGGIE JO CHAMBERS (ENSEMBLE, GERTRUDE SAINT, et al) Past KCPT credits include: AROUND THE WORLD IN LESS THAN 80 DAYS, SPIRIT OF THE YULE, MEN ON BOATS, and bass musician in the ALWAYS PATSY CLINE band! You may have seen her this past summer at Field Arts and Performance Hall in SHAKESPEARE AT BRUNCH/SUNSET. Maggie has a BFA in musical theater from Cornish College of the Arts, and has choreographed many KCPT shows. Before she became a parent, she taught in the KCPT education program for 5 years. Her return to the Key City Main Stage wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering love and support from her amazing parents Rob and Eileen, and super sweet husband Brendan. And of course, a big shout out to her son River and dog, Kode!

Krista Curry

KRISTA CURRY (ENSEMBLE, PRUDENCE SAINT, et al) spent 2022–2024 touring the U.S. and China with ANNIE as Lily St. Regis and previously toured nationally as six-year-old supervillain Luna Girl in the phenomenon PJ MASKS. Favorite roles include Baroness Elsa Schraeder in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, Milady de Winter in THE THREE MUSKETEERS, Hedy LaRue in HOW TO SUCCEED..., and Lina Lamont in three productions of SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN. A Gig Harbor native now living in CA, she’s delighted to spend the first half of the season with KCPT, previously playing Louise in DEAR JACK, DEAR LOUISE and Annie Wilkes in MISERY - and is especially grateful to spend these shows playing opposite her husband Erik. “Shrill” - Pasadena Star-News. @krista.curry
