About the show:

Welcome to the Museum of the History of Women and Underrepresented Genders in Washington State. Meet Carmelita Colon, determined to break out of her assigned dry and lacking narrative. Carmelita's story emerges from gold rushes, wars, outlaws, and tamale recipes-- challenging us to acquaint ourselves with assumed history and to re-imagine what it means to reclaim our stories.
