Next February 2020 KCPT, in partnership with Alchemy Bistro & Wine Bar, bring you one of Port Townsend's truly loved events - DINNER THEATER - which happens only twice a year and is always a unique, fun night out on the town.
Enjoy a themed 4-course dinner while being entertained by KCPT with a live theater show.
Tickets are $58 per person and include show, dinner, and gratuity. Drinks not included.

Course One
This is a Menu that starts at home and then takes you on a journey through plays and places: Local Red Dog Farm kale finely chopped and served in citrus vinaigrette with sliced apples and parmesan crisps.
Course Two
Next we are off to The Orient for a classic miso soup made traditionally with tofu and wakame.
Course Three
Ahhh to be in a French country kitchen. We are slow-roasting lamb shanks in red wine with mirepoix and fresh herbs until they almost fall off the bone. We then make a sauce from the juices so every bite is amazing. Served with potatoes and vegetables.
Not a meat eater? No problem.
We are also making falafel and leek “shanks” for your dining enjoyment. A totally fun and flavorful play on the original.
Course Four
Nothing could be so down-home as apple pie and ice cream. We stepped it up a notch by making apple crumble and vanilla bean ice cream but it’s the same dreamy ending.
