KCPT's 50th Anniversary Shake-Pic in the Park
-----------------------------------------------------------


What: Barbeque picnic in Chetzemoka Park -- The Summer Fundraiser.

Who: Any current KCPT member and their family. Call the office 379-0195 to check or update your membership status for this year.

When: Right before the August 10th presentation of AS YOU LIKE IT.
Food: Dos Okies Barbequed ribs, Barbequed chicken, grilled veggieburgers, salads.

Beverages: soda, water, wine, beer, apple cider.
 

· Each adult receives 2 beverage coupons.


· Children under 12 receive 1 beverage coupon. Additional non-alcoholic beverages may be purchased.

Special event: Behind the Scenes presentation by Denise Winter, Artistic Director & Director of this Mainstage show AS YOU LIKE IT.

Seating: Tables & benches provided.

Time: 4:30 – 5:30 PM at the Kitchen Shelter (Show is at 6:00 PM)

Picnic cost:


· Adults @ $50 which includes price of ticket
Subscribers or FlexPass holders tickets are an additional $40 @
· Children under 12 yrs old with a paid adult @ $30
· Children under 6 yrs old with a paid adult will be free
 

Tickets for the Picnic: must be purchased ahead & reserved by August 2nd.
 

(If you forget your ticket, your name will be on a list.)

Performance tickets alone: Purchased as usual via subscription, FlexPass, prepayment online or at the Lawrence St offices, M-F 11 AM to 3 PM, or payment at the entrance of the show.

Your chairs or blanket for the show can be lined up at the performance entrance while you picnic so you are in line to choose your preferred seating.

Picnic area will be cordoned off
 

No dogs allowed

Picnic Ticket tax deductions:

Adult ticket ($25 is tax deductible) 

Children's ticket 6-12 ($15 is tax deductible)
